When Mitchel High School opened its doors for the 21-22 school year, the Severe Needs Classroom found all its classroom materials missing.  The cupboards in our life skills kitchen were bare until a generous Colorado Springs non-profit came to help.  The Daughters of the American Revolution chose to donate $250.00 for our need to stock food to cook.  In addition, the kind group of ladies collected enough cooking and cleaning tools to create a kitchen Rachael Ray would envy.  We want thank D.A.R. for helping our students learn to cook and clean.
