HOLMES SOCCER: Soccer Team No. 1 and 2 will have their last games of the season this afternoon. Team No. 2 will be playing away against Jenkins Middle School and Team No. 1 will be playing at home against Sabin Middle School. Warm ups start at 4:30 p.m. Good luck to both teams!

SPIRIT WEEK: Welcome to the last full week of school! to celebrate, we are having our last spirit week. Friday: High School Day! Wear the colors of high school where you'll be attending!
STUDENT COUNCIL DANCE! Remember, the school dance is Thursday, May 19th. Tickets for the dance will be on sale both Wednesday and Thursday at lunch. The theme is Hawaiian Beach Day. Wear your summer clothes, get that lei or grass skirt, bring your sunglasses, and let's join the Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride! The dance is from 4:30 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. The cost is only $5 and refreshments will be supplied by FCCLA. Every student is eligible to attend, EXCEPT anyone with an office referral beginning May 4th! So, keep your nose clean and behave! Warm days, hot music and cool sand between your toes. What a way to end the year! Tickets will go on sale soon!

HOLMES SOCCER: Holmes Soccer Team No. 1 tied Sabin Middle School in a hard fought game. Diego Munoz scored both goals, as defense did a great job holding the tie. Holmes Soccer Team No. 2 defeated Swigert Middle School with a score of 3 to 1. John Corbett scored 1 goal and Elonzo Estrada scored 2! Great job to both teams! Next and last game is Wednesday. Wear your jerseys to school!
