ALL GED TESTING is POSTPONED until April 16, 2020 or whenever conditions are deemed safe to re-open!

Yesterday, March 16, 2020, Pearson Vue announced that they are closing their U.S. and Canada-based Pearson-owned testing centers starting March 16, for at least 30 days until April 16, 2020 or whenever conditions are deemed safe to re-open.

The COVID-19 impact is presenting Pearson Vue with extraordinary challenges in providing a safe working and testing environment for their employees and candidates. In addition, they’ve started to run into difficulty supplying their test centers with the necessary hygienic items, such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant, and tissues.

Pearson Vue’s decision was grounded in the belief that they have a responsibility to keep their candidates, employees, and communities healthy and safe amidst this unprecedented uncertainty.

Additionally, with the most recent restrictions around "social distancing" announced across the globe per guidance provided by several international health organizations, Pearson Vue wanted to make their clients aware that effective immediately, Pearson VUE has begun implementing additional distancing measures within all of their still-open global company-owned testing centers in lieu of waiting for official government mandates.

This will mean an approximate reduction of 50% testing capacity over the coming weeks. Pearson Vue is implementing this proactive measure for the safety and well-being of their employees and candidates.
