Monday the 24th is just around the corner. Thank you to all that have registered with us this week. Tomorrow, Friday August 21st, we will be at Coronado if you have not had a chance to register. One of the most important parts of this year’s registration is the need for a student to obtain a D11 username, password, email address, and schedule. Students will need these four items to virtually start school on Monday.
I have included two detailed attachments regarding remote learning expectations and attendance. You can also watch two videos that explain a basic overview of How to Log into Schoology/Webex (Link) and What to Expect on a Daily Basis(Link). Imagine Monday, August 24th as a student at Coronado High School…
Sometime between now and Monday at 7:45am:
-Log in to your D11 email account and look for information/communication from your teachers. Practice accessing your teachers’ Schoology Pages, get familiar with this Learning Management System(LMS).
Before Monday at 7:45am:
-Access your 1st period teacher’s Webex meeting and wait for it to start. You will meet your teacher, discuss specific expectations, get questions answered, etc.
-At 9:25 am you will enter your 2nd period teacher’s Webex meeting at … so on and so forth.
-See the attached class schedule.
-YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LOGIN AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH CLASS - ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN.
Finally, please consider helping us navigate the beginning of the year by completing a Coronado Return to Learning Survey - Link. We will use this information to refine our practice.
