Youth Venture is a full year exploratory course opportunity at Sabin. Partially supported through the Pikes Peak United Way, the program is designed to enable and encourage students to become change makers and leaders within their community. The course emphasizes multiple 21st Century Learning skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Students are challenged to work on real-world, relevant issues that are important to them and make a positive change. They learn through engagement in the Stanford University’s D School’s design process to develop their own creative processes and become innovators or change for themselves and the community.
Students choose a topic, build empathy, and create a plan for change. They need your help to better understand their social issues. Please complete their surveys.
