Hello,

My name is Kristin Smith. I am the Library Technology Educator here at Madison Elementary. What that means is, I work with each of your children when they come to the library or computer lab. Sometimes I will even visit them in their classrooms to co-teach with their classroom teacher. I have been teaching in the district for 29 years. This is my 8th year at Madison. For 11 years, I taught Kindergarten and a year of 1st grade. The other 13 years, I was a Physical Education teacher. I have also coached high school swimming for 8 years. My husband is also a teacher in District 11. We have two daughters. Our oldest is a Graphic Designer for Forney Industry in Ft. Collins. Our youngest is a senior at University of Northern Colorado. She has also been a competitive dancer for 13 years. I love to spend time with my family. I am also a District 11 kid. I went to Carver, Sabin and Doherty.
