Hi Hawks. During this time of distance learning your physical education teachers are here for you! We are going to provide you with daily work-outs and encourage you to get 60 minutes of physical activity eachday. On this site you will find a fitness log for you to record your daily progress one week at a time. Feel free to use the example we provided or to create your own log or journal. You will also find a Super Schedule that will help plan out your day, hour by hour with examples included.
If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. We are here for you! This is a good time for you to take good care of yourself. A chance to get healthier and stronger. We miss you!!!
