Construction Management/General Contractor Contract Agenda Item 

The Board of Education approves Contract C2025-1001 to Adolfson and Peterson in the amount of $127,500 for Phase I pre-construction consulting services in partnership with the RTA/Perkins Eastman Design team. This is the initial phase of the CM/GC contract. The period of performance will begin on November 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of October 31, 2025, to deliver a guaranteed maximum price for the Phase II build.
