City Process Update: Boulder Street Right-of-Way Vacation

Following unanimous recommendations from the Planning Commission and a positive vote from Downtown Review Board, the Boulder Street right-of-way vacation is advancing to City Council. The City has adjusted the timing of the Council hearing to align with agenda availability; this change is logistical in nature and not related to the merits of the project.

The project is anticipated to move forward with a first reading as early as February 24, followed by a City Council hearing on March 10. These dates are tentative and subject to change based on City Council scheduling.

Construction will continue as planned through existing permitting pathways, with no anticipated impact to the project timeline or cost. Updates will be shared as soon as the City Council date is formally confirmed.
