Rentals

Welcome to School District 11’s Rental Program:  School District 11 invites the community to rent its facilities. District buildings are rented for a variety of programs and events. Schools can be rented for special occasions like parties, family reunions, large or small public meetings, and weekly church services. Even gym and pool times may be available for sporting events. Our auditoriums seat from 240 to 1400 people and can be rented for meetings, dance recitals, plays, and musical events. If you know what facility you are interested in, please use the Rentals Request tab. If you are interested in inquiring about rental space in one of our facilities, please contact the Rental Office. One of our rental coordinators will be happy to assist you in the search for just the right location and facility to accommodate your needs. The coordinators' names, emails, and phone numbers are listed below. *Facility Rental Request Guidelines

The Facility Rental Department processes requests on a first-come, first-served basis and requires approval from the school principal. Please note that district and athletic events take precedence over rental requests. As a result, your requested location, dates, and times may need to be adjusted based on availability.

The Rentals Department will review the requested location, date(s), and time(s), and will respond within five business days.
