What is a Community School
District 11 is proud to lead the way by introducing the first community school pathway in the heart of Colorado Springs.
A Community School is more than a place for learning. It’s a hub where education meets support. It connects students and families with resources like academic help, health services, after-school programs, and partnerships with local organizations. Together, we create a supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
A new D11 Community School Pathway is launching at Galileo Middle School in Fall 2025! Stay tuned for more details.
