Congratulations to our 2025 Colorado State Science & Engineering Fair Champions! 
 
We’re proud to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our students who competed at the Colorado State Science & Engineering Fair (CSEF), held April 3–5 at Colorado State University in Fort Collins!
 
These outstanding young scientists first impressed judges at the Pikes Peak Regional Science & Engineering Fair on February 22 at UCCS, and continued to shine on the state stage!
 
 
Natalie Muro (Palmer High School)
1st Place – Environmental Engineering
5th Place Overall in the State 
Invited to Represent Colorado at the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Columbus, Ohio – May 10–16, 2025! Natalie will join over 1,800 students from 75+ countries to compete for more than $8 million in awards, scholarships, and scientific opportunities. We are cheering you on, Natalie!

  • Emma Bahr (Palmer High School) – 3rd Place, Microbiology
  • Lilly Prime (Palmer High School) – Honorable Mention, Physics & Astronomy
  • Julia Muro (North Middle School, 8th Grade) – 1st Place, Microbiology
These students embody scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation, which are essential for shaping the future STEM workforce in Colorado and beyond.
