PTA/PTO
To ensure proper coverage and protection during the use of district property, all PTA/PTO groups (Grantees) are required to maintain the following minimum insurance coverage during the term of their license:

Comprehensive General Liability Insurance covering:

Bodily Injury:

At least $1,000,000 per person

At least $1,000,000 per accident

Property Damage:
-
At least $1,000,000 per accident

At least $2,000,000 total aggregate

Prior to using any licensed property, the Grantee must submit a Certificate of Insurance that:

Names the Grantor (the district) as “additionally insured.”

This insurance coverage protects both the PTA/PTO and the district from potential losses and liabilities.
