How to Navigate the Professional Learning Platform
When Applying for Increment Credit

Login

  1. Go to d11.org, and click Login on the top tool bar, and use MS Office single sign-on.
  2. Hover over the Employees Resources tab, choose Professional Learning from the list, and then select the Unified Talent Professional Learning icon.

Navigate

  1. Operate from the main Home page / tab that opens; this is your personal dashboard.
  2. Click the tabs along the top to navigate through the system.

Search for Courses

  1. Click the Course Catalog tab.
  2. Search by keyword or course tag (such as Available for Increment Credit).
  3. The results will show the Course Title. Click the Arrow Icon to the right to expand and view any available Sections along with their details.
  4. On the left you will see a list of Filters including Dates (filter by when a class is scheduled) and Credits (filter by type of hours offered). After setting one or more filters, click Apply Filters at the bottom.
  5. Click Clear Filter next to a filter or Clear All at the top to reset your search.

Navigating Your Transcript

  1. Click the Transcript tab on your dashboard to view and print your transcript.
  2. For license renewal, choose the dates from your last renewal, or to see all of your courses, leave the date fields blank. Choose “Increment” under Credit Area to view Increment Credits earned.
  3. To email, save, or print your transcript, click on “Transcript Tools” and then choose “Print Transcript or Email Transcript.” On your transcript, you can click the hyperlink for your course certificate to view and print.

Credentials

  1. Choose the Credentials tab to view CDE licensing information with expiration dates listed.
  2. Emails will be sent from ProfessionalLearning@d11.org approximately 6 months before expiration, and once a month, thereafter. The credential is eligible for renewal beginning 6 months prior to expiration.
  3. Employees are responsible for renewing licenses/endorsements before they expire. Please email renewed licenses to HR. Click here for more information regarding CDE licensing.
