Education Support Professional
Education Support Professionals (ESP) are staff members employed by the Board upon recommendation of the Superintendent. ESP are considered non-exempt employees as defined in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and are compensated at an hourly rate. An employee shall earn sick leave pursuant to the Healthy Families & Workplaces Act and Board Policy, GBGG, Staff Sick Leave.
