The Education Insights Department exists to help decision-makers make better decisions by providing clear, concise, and actionable data in a timely manner related to enrollment, student assessment, and overall academic improvement. To that end, Education Insights is comprised of three offices: Enrollment, Assessment, and System Improvement.

What is our approach? The Education Insights approach merges traditional enrollment and assessment data with organizational climate/culture data infused into a dynamic continuous improvement process built around short-cycle, measurable objectives and key results. This wholistic approach takes into account learning environments, teacher and student feedback, parent involvement, and leadership dynamics merged with academic performance outcomes to create a data story that encompasses the whole student as described in the Graduate Profile.
