FALL CHECK IN AT MITCHELL:
Monday, August 5th - 9am - 12pm / 1pm - 3pm
Tuesday, August 6th - 9am - 12pm / 1pm - 3pm
Wednesday, August 7th - 9am - 12pm / 1pm - 3pm
Thursday, August 8th - 4pm - 8pm
August 14th – First day of School FRESHMAN and NEW STUDENTS ONLY!
August 15th – First Day of School for ALL Students!
NEW STUDENTS ONLY:
Please complete the Pre-Enrollment form online (https://d11connect.d11.org/PreEnroll). Make sure you submit form and print form. You will need to bring that with you to enroll.
You will also need to provide the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate/ Passport/ Military ID
- Proof of Residency
- Immunization Records
- Guardian documents if there are any (Power of attorney)
- Guardian’s ID
* There will be an Additional Student Information Packet to be completed at the school. *
