A Task Force is a working group that has been developed to tackle important initiatives to help lead the district to both incremental and transformative change. There are currently 6 topics that have a Task Force assigned to it.

COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN
Develop creative, comprehensive communication campaigns that center around our priorities.

NEW TEACHER TRAINING/INDUCTION
Develop induction/new teacher training to have better ongoing, wraparound support for novice teachers throughout the year.

FUTURE CENTERS
Operationalize the idea of Future Centers at each High School.

STAFFING ALLOCATIONS
Reimagine the staffing allocation process to ensure resources are closely aligned to need and communication of allocations is clear and timely.

DIGITAL PROCESS UPGRADES
Utilize digital platforms and processes to increase efficiency and time on task.

EVALUATION
Develop teacher goal stems for Measures of Stufent Learning (MSLs) and Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) that move the dial on high leverage instructional practices/standards. This work will be in-line with all statutes and policies per Colorado Department of Education requirements.
