I am a North Carolina transplant in CO, after 5 years in Oklahoma. I taught on Fort Sill in Oklahoma for my first 5 years (Grades 4 & 5). I have taught 5th and 6th Grade since arriving in CO. My favorite subjects are math, science, and PE. I enjoy working out and jogging; it's the perfect way to transition from work to home. I have high expectations for myself and my students. I love helping my students find new ways to do things and make connections to other things they are learning. I'm passionate about helping students realize their potential and ability to succeed.
