This page will offer some resources for students to use at home to add some STEM time into their day if they would like during this time.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I am available to support via email or Class Dojo.

    My email is: julie.battista@d11.org

These activities are for enrichment and review of concepts. I will update this page with additional resources. Just have fun! Can't wait to see you all back in school!

3rd-5th graders have been assigned a coding course that we have used throughout the year.  I am attaching directions for accessing this course below.  I have also created courses for 1st and 2nd grade students.  All information is included in the link below.  Students can also do their own learning within the coding site if they choose.  There are a lot of fun coding games to be found on the site.

    Steps to Access Coding

Students can access their Office 365 account using their District 11 email address and password.  Once logged in, create a PowerPoint or a Sway about your favorite animal, acitivity, or place you've visited.  Get creative!  You can even do some research using the great sites on the Stratton page to add to your presentation.  Once you're done, please share it with me via email.  I'd love to see what you created.

Here are some fun ideas using Legos.  Students could also get creative by building with cardboard, creating an art project, or designing something with materials you have.

Under the STUDENTS tab on the Stratton webpage, there are lots of websites that students can use.  They are all grouped by topic for easy access!
