Become a stronger runner and all-around athlete. Run a variety of distances, drills, hills including BIG UGLY. Developoed a stronger core & increase flexibility.
Meet in the cafeteria at 4pm. Practice ends at 5pm.
Dress for outside running.
Dates to attend: January 16. 18, 23, 30. February 1, 5, 7, 11, 13,14, 20, 22, 27, 28.
Good running shoes & stretch cord recommended.
