Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up
As Penrose Elementary continues to grow and welcome new families to our community, we wanted to be proactive in our solutions for drop-off and pick-up for our students.  South NonChalant Circle is still the most obvious and direct route to Penrose, with nearby crosswalks and our Kiss-N-Go Lane available for easy access, but the increased traffic could make for lengthy waits in the morning and in the afternoons.  Since we are surrounded by acres of beautiful public parks, we encourage families to consider using other nearby side streets and parking areas as meeting places for you and your children!  Whileaway Circle, Enchanted Circle, Sleepy Hollow Circle, and Greenway Place are all nearby streets where you could easily meet your children after a short walk to/from the school. Less congested parking areas, the kids get out some energy and appreciate the natural beauty of the world around them, and maybe time for a quick chat with the kids are all great reasons to consider a parking alternative for the school year!
