Mr. Wastler has been a teacher for 25 years, eleven in Texas and fourteen in Colorado.  Mr. Wastler has been a teacher at Martinez Elementary since 2004.  He has taught as a 5th grade teacher, a computer lab teacher, and as the STEM lab facilitator.  Although he has loved everything that he has taught at Martinez, working in the STEM lab has been his favorite!  As the STEM Lab facilitator, Mr. Wastler has created/sponsored both the Martinez Coding Club and the Martinez Engineering Design Club.  Mr. Wastler was also selected as as one of the first Certified Ozobot Educators in the country.
