The 2nd step is to secure a yellow sports physical form and a blue emergency card from the front office and return them to Ms. Schiller in the front office.  To save time in getting a sports physical, go to a King Soopers store and visit the Little Clinic for your physical.  Practices are Monday through Thursday after school from 3:50 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday mornings. The 2nd step is to secure a yellow sports physical form and a blue emergency card from the front office and return them to Ms. Schiller in the front office.  To save time in getting a sports physical, go to a King Soopers store and visit the Little Clinic for your physical.  Practices are Monday through Thursday after school from 3:50 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday mornings. With the hot weather, be sure to have a water bottle (16 oz. for the minimum size). The girls' track coaches believe that you will not be disappointed in coming out for track!
