Meet Ms. Andujar

Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Andujar

Greetings and salutations McAuliffe Families! I am so pleased to serve you as a teacher on the fifth grade team. I love working with my collegues to create a fun and challenging learning environment. Welcome to our school.

I was born in Colorado Springs and attended Evans Elementary as a child. I cannot be more thankful for my teachers bearing with me and introducing me to the incredible opportunities education offers. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) in 2012 with a B.A. in History. I also completed the UCCS teacher education and licensure program before receiving my degree.

For the next two years I worked for the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum as an Archives Assistant. There I had the opportunity to assist researchers and support the Curator and Archivist while she designed exhibits. This experience was amazing! I went on to work as a substitute teacher for Fountain/Fort Carson d8, and then to teach Kindergarten in Harrison d2.

This will be my second year teaching fifth grade at McAuliffe, and I am so excited! I know the fifth grade students are going to impress and amaze.
