• Yes, we are still enrolling! All District 11 schools and buildings are closed, but you can use the tools below to find your school, then fill out the Pre-Enrollment form. We are in the process of creating an electronic document upload. Until that is ready, please contact your school or the enrollment office to continue. School websites can be accessed with the "Our Schools" link at the top of this page. The enrollment office can be contacted at 719-520-2297,  or through an email to the Enrollment Specialist.

Requirements for Enrollment

  • A parent or guardian must enroll a student in District 11. Along with a completed enrollment form for each student you will need to bring the following:

    1. Parent ID
     
    2. Verification of child’s birth date (birth certificate, passport or military ID-if military ID shows date of birth)
     
    3. Immunization records (click here for more information on immunization requirements and where to obtain immunizations)
     
    4. Proof of residency (click here for a list of acceptable documents)
     
    5. If student is not living with both biological parents, a copy of legal paperwork (custody/guardianship) may be necessary
     
    6. If student has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for special education services, a copy of the current/latest plan
     
    7. Name and address of student’s previous school to request academic records
     
    Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 1
