Nurse and Patient
  • This is a free 12-week training program for English language learners who are either seeking to enter the healthcare industry or are foreign-trained healthcare professionals. English language lessons are taught in the context of healthcare aide or support personnel jobs. This course will include site visits to Memorial Hospital, guest teachers from the healthcare industry, and employment workshops.  First Aid and CPR are taught by UC Health Memorial Hospital.  All students must be co-enrolled in an ESL Levels 4-6 class at Adult and Family Education.

    Tuesdays - 9:00am - 12:00pm

    Wednesdays  12:45pm -  2:45pm
    12 weeks, 60 hours
