Webex Room Devices

​Webex can be used for screen sharing and has many options for scheduling and joining meetings with the Webex Devices.  Please select from the list below for more information.

  • Using the Webex Device for a meeting.  Includes Webex, MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and to share computer resources during an in person meeting.
  • Sharing content directly to display:  Select "Share Screen" from the Navigation Panel and follow directions to enter code at share.webex.com .
