  • A la Carte sales operated by District 11 Food and Nutrition Services,
  • Any food which could be consumed on school grounds sold to students from midnight before through 30 minutes after the school day, including
    • Afterschool events on school grounds occurring immediately after school to thirty minutes after the school day where adults DO NOT make up a significant portion of the audience,
    • School Vending on school grounds accessible to students from midnight before through 30 minutes after the school day, and
    • School Fundraisers selling food to students which could be consumed on school grounds from midnight before through 30 minutes after the school day
  • Beverage requirements must be followed throughout the "extended school day", which is defined as any time students are at school after the regular school day, including, but not limited to participation in extracurricular activities or childcare programs.  The sale of other beverages at school related events where parents and other adults are in attendance are allowable.
