Public Comments
Approved Board Meeting Dates for 2025-2026

Public Comments are heard during Regular Board Meetings and occasionally during Special Meetings, as pre-determined by the Board President. Please note that Public Comments are not taken during Work Sessions.
Request to Speak
You may use this online form starting at 9:00 am and up until 1:00 pm on the day of a meeting where public comments are taken to sign up to present your comments in person at the upcoming Board Meeting. Requests timestamped outside of this window will be declined.
To submit a request:
1. Click the REQUEST TO SPEAK link.
2. Fill in the form details. Please note in the 'Topic' section if you would like to be contacted by an administrator.
3. Click Submit.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request. It will then be reviewed, and additional information will follow shortly thereafter.
