El Paso Street, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903, unless otherwise noted. Special Meetings when needed will begin at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Work Sessions will begin at 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted. The public may watch the meetings in person or via our live web stream at: https://www.d11.org/TV
