At Steele Elementary, we are committed to building a partnership with students, families, and the community to ensure an inclusive, collaborative, and safe environment that engages the whole child with rigorous learning opportunities, habits of persevering through challenges, and skills for critical thinking, allowing students to become lifelong learners and active members of a changing society. Preparing students for the future, we integrate technology into the curriculum; encourage creativity and innovation; and allow students to experiment, make mistakes, and use more than one approach to find solutions to a challenge. We foster student growth and accountability, setting high expectations and holding each other accountable.
