Final Settlements

Final Settlement:  Per Colorado Revised Statute (CRS) §38-26-107, District 11 requested and received approval from the Colorado Department of Personnel to post Final Settlement/Final Payment notices on the D11 Procurement and Contracting webpage.  Suppliers and Subcontractors are encouraged to visit this site periodically, to see what projects are nearing Final Payment.
