Middle school Athletics Announcement

Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, all 34 Colorado Springs area middle schools, including the nine District 11 middle schools, will come together under one unified athletic league: the Pikes Peak Athletic Conference-Middle School (PPAC-MS). The league will consist of 34 schools, organized into sub-leagues of five schools each. The Bylaws below have specific details.

2025 –2026 Sports Seasons

Season 1 August 11 – September 26 Football, Cross Country (XC), Girls Volleyball

Season 2 October 6 – November 21 Girls Soccer, Wrestling

Season 3 November 30 – January 30 Boys Basketball

Season 4 February 2 – March 20 Girls Basketball

Season 5 March 30 – May 15 Boys Soccer, Girls Softball, Track and Field

Middle School Girls Golf – Tryouts & Season Schedule

Tryouts

Location: Patty Jewitt Golf Course (Meet on the putting green)
Dates: March 30–31
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM

Students should arrive by 4:30 PM and meet on the putting green.

Pre-Season Practice

First Match

April 2
Match Time: 4:00 PM – 6:15 PM

Beginning April 6, the weekly schedule will follow the same pattern:

Mondays – Practice
4:30 PM – 5:45 PM

Tuesdays – Matches
4:00 PM – 6:15 PM

Wednesdays – Practice
4:30 PM – 5:45 PM

Thursdays – Matches
4:00 PM – 6:15 PM

All practices and matches will be held at Patty Jewitt Golf Course unless otherwise noted.
