Developed consistent observation cycles and feedback using observational scripting to find high leverage coaching moves
Enhanced Data Driven Instruction and needs identification
Took district and school leaders through a UIP/One Plan Process to align Major Improvement Strategies (MIS) with data, priority performance challenges and root causes
Since implementing our academic strategies we have also moved from 15 to 7 to 3 priority improvement schools
This is a collaborative professional learning event designed to equip school leaders with strategic insights, data-driven decision making tools, & actionable plans to enhance instructional leadership and school improvement efforts

Rethinking Systems & Structures - Began evaluating the current systems and structures that support instructional leadership in schools
UIP Adjustments - Considered potential updates to the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) based on insights from the session
Planning for 2024-2025 School Year & MIS Alignment
School calendars & MIS Integration - Developed a month-by-month school calendar aligned with Major Improvement Strategies (MIS1, MIS2, MIS3) to ensure strategic implementation throughout the year
Collaboration & Alignment - Worked with teams to embed events and activities into the UIP document structured planning and alignment
