Early Access
The Early Access program is for identifying and serving highly gifted four-year-olds entering kindergarten or highly gifted five-year-olds entering first grade.
This option is not intended to evaluate children simply because they missed district kindergarten cutoff dates nor to evaluate them for kindergarten/first-grade readiness.
Early Access Timeline
January 15 is the first day of the Early Access application window.
April 1 is the last day Early Access applications will be accepted for consideration for the following school year for a student’s neighborhood school. All decisions will be finalized and communicated within 60 days of application receipt.
