Wings of Change STEM and Arts Grant
We are excited to announce that the application window for the Rotary Wings of Change STEM and Arts Grants are now open. These grants are designed to support innovative projects and initiatives in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and the Arts, promoting creativity, learning, and community impact.
Application Requirements:
- Eligibility:
- Any D11 Teacher and/or School
- Projects must be based in or have a clear impact on students.
- Applicants must have a demonstrated commitment to advancing education, creativity, and innovation.
- Project Focus:
- STEM Projects: Must encourage learning, development, or innovation in fields like science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
- Arts Projects: Must promote artistic expression, creativity, and cultural engagement.
- Funding Limits:

- Grants will be awarded up to $10,000, depending on the scale and impact of the project.
- A detailed budget and clear project goals must be outlined in the application
- Timeline:
- Applications will be accepted from April 8, 2025, to April 25, 2025. This is an update.
- This application will close automatically on Friday, April 25 at 11:55 pm.
Successful applicants will be notified by mid-May, 2025.
Grant funds must be used during the 2025-2026 school year, with progress and summary reports required at regular intervals.
Evaluation Criteria for Successful Grant Applications:
- Innovation & Creativity: How new or unique is the project in advancing its field and opportunities for students?
- Measurable Outcome: Is there a clearly defined project with measurable outcomes?
- School/Community Impact: What is the potential for positive, measurable impact on students, school, and local community?
- Feasibility: Does the applicant demonstrate the ability to effectively carry out the project?
Application Process:
Complete the online application form available here starting April 8, 2025. Complete applications will include…
- Project proposal, including an overview of the project, objectives, target audience, expected outcomes, and proposed budget.
- Budget breakdown and any relevant supporting documents (e.g., letters of support, previous project experience).
