Future Education Pathway

The D11 FUTURE EDUCATOR PATHWAYS prepare students for real world transition into the Early Childhood profession and into the professional teaching degree programs available at any Colorado college or university. The Hallmark of D11 future educator programs includes college access, student internships in our own elementary schools or professional partner institutions, and the potential to qualify for the two-year free college postsecondary program TREP.

Educator Pathway courses are part of the Family and Consumer Science programs available in nearly every school. Advanced program coursework in Early Childhood Education is only available at the Career Pathways program at the Roy J. Wasson Academic Campus. Teacher Cadet programming is available at the Coronado, Wasson and Career Pathways .
