By submitting this application, I agree to comply with all school bus safety rules and regulations. Any student involved in misconduct on the bus or at the bus stop is subject to removal from all District 11 buses for the remainder of the school year with no further eligibility for transportation privileges.

Note: Neighborhood stops have changed, so all students must reapply. If you attend PPSC, you will now have 3 campuses from which to choose. All new students who have not used Wasson/TESLA/Catalyst transportation need to fill out this form.
