Colorado Springs School District 11 is using a new online procurement system (Bonfire) which will allow you to view contracting solicitations and submit solicitation responses. You are invited to register in the Bonfire System.

The Bonfire Vendor Registration Portal is now open and registration is FREE. It can be found at https://d11.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login A video with instructions for vendor registration is available here. To submit responses to any opportunity you will need to register.

Colorado Springs School District 11 may post Bids and Requests for Proposals on the Rocky Mountain E-Procurement System (RMEPS). Facilities and Construction requirements will continue to be posted on the D11 website.

The Rocky Mountain E-Procurement System gathers in a single web accessible location the business opportunities from multiple agencies in the Rocky Mountain area. To access the website and view all these offerings, a vendor only needs a user ID and password. A user ID and password may be obtained, free of charge, from the Rocky Mountain E-Procurement System. For a nominal fee, paid to the Rocky Mountain E-Procurement System, vendors may elect to receive automatic e-mail notifications of opportunities posted by participating agencies.
