PERSONNEL SUPPORT SERVICES
The departments in the Division of Personnel Support Services (PSS) are essentially managers of Human Capital. As a division, we work hard to provide and support students, staff and community members through quality hiring, professional learning and growth, policy review and updates, and accountability/evaluation, with an overall commitment to the District’s Strategic Plan.
To cultivate a creative, informative culture throughout the Division by coordinating as partners with those we support, inclusive of employees, volunteers and community partnerships.
To support all stakeholders by providing guidance, policies, information and training to ensure best outcomes for students.
