Hey Guys!

I know that this has been a crazy and hard time. This will not last forever! I will have a variety of P.E. activities on this page that will help you stay in shape and allow us a little fun until we come back to school.  You will have several choices on this page.  Just pick one or two activities to do every day.  I just ask that you do an activity for about 15 minutes. You can even do these activities with your family!

Also, please be active with your family by going outside and taking a walk and playing outside for at least one hour every day.  I have been walking every morning with my family and it has been fun to get some fresh air and spend time talking with them. We are also bike riding and roller blading. We are being careful to keep our distance from others and to be safe, but getting outside has helped us all in this hard time.

I miss you all and am thinking of you every day!
