Trait Challenge: Holiday Fun
Students joined their Trait Teams for holiday fun where they had the choice to participate in competitive team games, make some crafts, control a Sphere, and launch paper airplanes. Most importantly, they were building community and creating the culture of Sabin, one that cares, learns, and grows.

Optimism
At Sabin Middle School, we have been working on improving our culture and making it a more positive place to learn, lead, and grow. Our trait teams are a large part of that. Each month, we will create focus, stories, and examples of each of the traits, beginning with December and Optimism. This is the first story in the series and was planned and created completely by one of our student storyteller teams.

Trait Teams: Synchronicity Challenge
Students at Sabin Middle School join their Trait Teams and are challenged to move in synch, but first, they participate in the Manequin Challenge. These monthly challenges give us the opportunity to come together as a school, engage with different people, building community and creating culture.
