ESP Tuition Reimbursement
**Please make sure you are signed-in to the D11 website.
STEP 1) Please complete the Tuition Reimbursement Pre-Approval Form below.
**The Pre-Approval form must be submitted and approved BEFORE the Request for Reimbursement.
- This form may be printed, and filled in by hand.
- Please pony hard copy forms to Amy Silloway at the Professional Learning Office.
- The PDF may be filled-out via computer, saved, and emailed to Amy.Silloway@D11.org
- *If the class is part of a degree program, an Educational Plan should also be filed with the Professional Learning Department (form located below).
STEP 2) Once your request has been approved and your course(s) is complete,
submit the Request for Reimbursement Form below.
- This form may be printed and filled in by hand.
- Include a grade report or certificate, and receipts (i.e. credit card and/or itemized statement of tuition and payment from the college/university).
- Please pony hard copy forms to Amy Silloway at the Professional Learning Office.
- The PDF may also be filled-out via computer, but it will need to be printed out for original signatures. Please scan/email to Amy Silloway@D11.org or send via pony.

STEP-Up Scholarship
District 11 is excited to announce the 2022-2023 STEP-UP (Student Teacher Education Program) scholarship program. The program targets Education Support Professionals who are currently in, or are pursuing, an Associate’s Degree from Pikes Peak Community College. This program is offering $2500.00 scholarships to two individuals. It will pay for tuition, books, and fees at Pikes Peak Community College.
