Partners with Visiting Privileges

Vendors/partners who represent organizations/businesses wishing to promote products or programs to administrators/staff must present a Visiting Privileges letter which documents their approval from D11 Engage to engage with schools. The Visiting Privileges letter is provided to individuals representing these organizations/businesses, so the name on the letter should be the name of the person presenting the letter.

This letter serves as approval for the individual to contact District 11 schools during the school year as indicated.

Guidelines for contacting School District 11 schools and administrators are outlined below:

Individuals must call first and make an appointment with the school administrator to discuss their product or request.

This privilege does not extend to any vendor contact with District 11 students.
