    1. Learn how to increase and decrease stitches

    3. Learn various ways to use Stitch Markers

    These new stitches, stitch markers, and tips for counting rows/rounds/stitches as well as identifying the right and wrong side of work will be needed to create granny squares, 3d creations, and amigurumi.

1. Increase (inc) and Decrease (dec) stitches-Make work larger and smaller

  • Single Crochet (sc), Half Double (hdc), Double (dc), Triple or Treble (tr) are used in many crochet patterns, from granny squares to flowers to amigurumi.

    Similar to a T-shirt, right side out vs inside out. Below are some ways to visually  identify the right and wrong side of your work.
