• Each classroom has an assigned coach/mentor who supports the team with maximizing engagement, developing meaningful activities, problem-solving, and achieving the highest level of quality as measured by ECERS, the industry standard quality rating tool. The D11 Early Childhood Office also designs more than 15 hours of annual professional development tailored to the needs of our classrooms and our students, helping staff stay up to date on all the best practices and approaches to supporting students.
