Audubon Elementary is “The Little STEAM Engine that Could.” As we work toward empowering our students to profoundly impact our world, we are integrating STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) instruction, which is delivered in six-week instructional units. Students enjoy hands-on activities to learn about the world around them. At Audubon, we fuel students’ excitement about learning by helping them explore the natural connections between science, technology, engineering, arts, and math on a solid foundation of literacy. We change “I can’t” into “I can” and change a dream into a plan.
