    Hello all,

    Yesterday was an awesome day at Coronado.  Thank you for your patience with all the traffic and parking.  I parked by the new townhomes across the street and had a 5-10 minute walk to get in myself.  Thank you to the parents who helped get the kiddos organized into the staging area,
     
    The runners did great, there has been improvement from the first meet back on September 12th.  Congratulations to all for finishing and congratulations to any first 10 finishers. I heard we had a few.
     
    This upcoming Monday is the last race/meet of the year. It is at Garry Berry Stadium, which is the stadium on the Wasson HS campus. I hope to see as many of you as possible for the last CC meet of the season.
     
    On Wednesday Oct 5 there will be the end of season banquet from 4-5 pm in the gym. The school will provide pizza and drinks.  If you are able to bring a side dish or dessert, that would be great. There were 14 runners who participated. So plan on potentially 40+.   Please respond via my school email with the number attending so we can have an idea of how much pizza to order.  Please plan to attend this celebration of the runners who put in a lot of kilometers and dedication as Midland’s first CC team.

    Please continue to pick up at 4:00pm.  There is practice on Tuesday and Thursday.  Please make sure your child knows their transportation arrangements on Monday; picked up or ride the bus.
