    September 19, 2020

Welcome back to in-person learning, Rogers’ students and families!  On Monday, September 21, 2020, many of our students will be returning to the school building to learn.  The Staff and I are so excited to see you!  Here’s the schedule for the week:

    • Monday, September 21:  All kindergarten students
    • Tuesday, September 22:  All kindergarten and 1st grade students
    • Wednesday, September 23:  All kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students
    • Thursday, September 24:  All kindergarten, 1st , 2nd, and 3rd grade students
    • Friday, September 25:  All kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students

Breakfast will be served in the classroom from 8:00 – 8:15 a.m., at no cost to all families.  School starts at 8:15 a.m.  Please do not drop students off before 8:00 a.m. because there will be no supervision outside for students.  Teachers will open their back doors at 8:00 a.m. to welcome students.

Please be sure to have your child bring their Chrome Book or iPad to school when they return this week.  The devices will remain at school.

Some of our families have decided to continue with at-home learning.  Please know our teachers will continue to provide your children with high quality instruction.  We want our at-home students to feel part of the Rogers’ family, so please have them join the on-line WebEx meetings each day.  School starts for at-home learners at 8:15 a.m. as well.

The end of the first quarter of this year is just weeks away!   It is mandatory that all assignments posted by teachers online, or given in the classroom, are completed by all students.  Report cards will be given out in October.

Looking forward to seeing you next week!
